Everything in a veg box is certified organic, mostly grown by us or other Welsh farmers, sometimes from the rest of the UK.
The season decides what's picked, so it changes as the year does. Potatoes Carrots and Onions most weeks. Brassicas and roots through the winter, squash in the autumn.
When we have gaps in our harvests, we buy it from other Welsh growers, and include UK grown items such as mushrooms for variety during the winter.

Find the Langtons with a delicious stall of Organic vegetables along with so many other Welsh producers who come to Wales' capital with all their amazing produce including Bread, milk, cheese, meat, eggs, preserves, ready meals, coffee and cakes. Sit round a table with your friends and share a hot drink and bite to eat while doing your weekly fresh food shop. What's not to love?

Welsh Primary
Schools
The Welsh Veg in Schools project facilitates our vegetables going to Welsh primary schools via the local wholesalers. We grow it, the wholesalers deliver it, the school cooks cook it, and the kids eat it!
We have been involced since 2023 and are one of the largest growers iin the project, trying to get Organic vegatbles onto as many school plates as possible.

Veg boxes are a lagacy of covid, we initially planned our vegetable production to sell into cafes and resturants, however the damand for veg box home deliveries had skyrocketed in 2020 and with all the cafes closed, we started with veg box deliveries and haven't looked back.
As a farmer, there's something special about seeing the name of the person who's going to eat the food you have grown. That human connection you have with your farmers is something only a small percentage of the population are lucky enough to experience. You can't buy from (insert supermarket name here) and email the person who planted, tended, harvested and packed your vegetables, the supply chains are far too long.
